Our Interventional oncology Department is a rapidly growing field in cancer care that uses targeted, minimally invasive procedures, performed with the help of image guidance, to diagnose, treat and/or relieve the symptoms of cancer.

During interventional oncology procedures, imaging solutions play a key role in assessing the tumor load and perfusion as well as providing precise guidance during the intervention.
 

We have doctors who specialize in this field use imaging tools, like CT or MRI scans, to target and treat cancers that have not spread. For example, they use the images to see a specific tumor and deliver chemotherapy medication directly into it. They offer the most in-depth knowledge of the least invasive treatments available coupled with diagnostic and clinical experience across all specialties.
